- It is the only gum able to tolerate up
to 60% by weight of ethanol! (They usually
precipitate).
- Even at a use level of 0.5%, the drink
is pumpable and flavour is not effected.
- he thick texture renders it unsuitable
for drinking but ideal for food use (ice
cream, cakes, sauces, desserts etc)
